One of Motoon’s interventions was to open up a gender lens to technology and particularly to women and technology.

These interventions included identifying female techies in verydeliberate and targeted ways and working actively on integrating and normalizing their presence in the broader community of techies.
Motoon continues developing this gender sensibility through Noon Tech program, by discussing the obstacles preventing equal representation of women, identifying solutions, and working towards overcoming these obstacles, and in parallel showcasing stories of successful women techies.

Program Mission

  • Advocating women empowerment & bridging the gender gap in tech field at all levels.

  • Making tech more accessible to women & encouraging them to “competency, mastery”.

  • Achieve equal women representation in the field of technology.
